Getting Ready To Get Ready

The Biggest Loser competition is about 8 days away. I'm impatient so that 8 days is going to be a killer. Meanwhile, let's talk about my fridge. As you can see, if you are brave enough to watch the horror show video below, my fridge is a wreck. It's not always a wreck but it's suffering a post-holiday over abundance of leftovers and not a lot of good healthy foods since we've been away from home at meal times for quite a while.

Just before Biggest Loser starts I'm going to empty the fridge and freezer, deep clean it and then fill it back up with healthy foods. Mostly fruits and veggies. I'm going to be doing a lot of my famous "green smoothies" again which are a combination of fruits and veggies and are usually a bright or dark green color that sparks conversation where I ever I happen to be drinking one.

The fantastic news is that my business partner, Alicia, will be joining and doing this competition with me - which is great because we can build workouts and fitness classes into our work day and will support each other with healthy food choices throughout each day!
