Just before Biggest Loser starts I'm going to empty the fridge and freezer, deep clean it and then fill it back up with healthy foods. Mostly fruits and veggies. I'm going to be doing a lot of my famous "green smoothies" again which are a combination of fruits and veggies and are usually a bright or dark green color that sparks conversation where I ever I happen to be drinking one.
The fantastic news is that my business partner, Alicia, will be joining and doing this competition with me - which is great because we can build workouts and fitness classes into our work day and will support each other with healthy food choices throughout each day!
